• Myles will always work with an editor to rapidly correct anything the editor requests to change
• Myles answers all e-mails within 24 hours and usually same day
• Myles tries to answer all calls live and if not able to do so, will return all calls same day
• Myles does not get into any conflicts or disputes with editors: any differences of opinion are solved with honest and professional communication
